Lean Agile Scotland is back on the 18th, 19th and 20th of September, and
this year it's bigger! We now have four tracks with a mixture of
speaker sessions, workshops and Lean Coffee sessions. We've also added a
pre-conference Lean UX charity workshop.
Schedule:
This year our keynote speakers are Jim Benson, Dave Snowden, Chris Matts & Olav Maassen and Claudio Perrone. Our sessions will cover Kanban, scaling Agile, distributed Agile, TDD, organisational transformation, building great teams and much much more.
Lean UX Charity Workshop:
On the 18th of September we have a Lean UX charity workshop, "Building Shared Understanding Through LeanUX" in aid of the British Heart Foundation. This is a fantastic opportunity to attended a great workshop at a fraction of it's usual cost while donating to a worthwhile cause.
