Back in December we had a lightning talk session where I whizzed through an approach to subjectively assessing a team using radar charts
. I asked everyone to play along and do their own chart as we went. At the end I collected these up.
I've still got them and intend to post them up on the wall at tomorrows meeting. If you come along tomorrow and take a look I think you'll agree they are a great vehicle for conversation and debate about potential improvements. That true for a team or wider group like ours.
