In this two-day class we cover your role in creating a successful product using Scrum. The Product Owner creates the product vision, sets the product goal and leads the effort to transform the vision into a successful product. 

The Product Owner steers and guides the team, bridges the gap between customers, business and development, and is responsible for reaching the product goal and return on investment (ROI). 

This class will be held by Robin Dymond, a proven leader and innovator in training for Scrum, Agile, and Lean methods. He regularly achieves 100% increase in productivity of teams he trains and supports.
