Created PojoActor.

Hi Bill,

I just checked the basic PojoActor which I started a month back. It is yet not fully done but I wanted it to be in the github as the code base is growing and hard to manage locally for me. The reason of pushing the partial code is to get initial review done you and monster ,you  will  also get an idea about the approach which I had talked sometime back here

I did not want to push the code in this state but due to lack of time I am compelled to do so ;(, I will continue cleaning the code over couple of weeks and document it.

Great. :) I have to finish some tedious task, and I'll try to have a look at it tomorrow.

A quick fix to get the compilation working, the tests are yet failing.
I will continue working on this again after couple of months again.
