Finally figured out what I was doing wrong all these years. It is fine to work on a grand project to gain domain knowledge, but once you have that you need to do bottom-up development and make sure everything is finished as you go. This way you get stability as well interest in those parts that are done.In other words, it is not the destination but what you do along the way that is important. Ah, we all know that. The difference now is that I've learned how to walk it.
