Up next: lazy deserialization

So far, the aatree project adds little value except as a learning exercise for myself. That is about to change, as the next release will add lazy deserialization.

I'll note that, because of the test suit available in Clojure, I have even greater confidence in this code than I did in the Java code it is based on. The implementation is also a lot cleaner.
