progress on lazy deserialization in clojure

I've now got vectors which implement lazy deserialization/reserialization. Still need to work on maps. But the release is close.

Reason for the delay was mostly a matter of helping my wife, Rupali, find a job. But now I am home alone most of the day, just me and our cat Sassy.
