An AgileStafforshire organisation has been set up at trello. Please set up an account and pass on your account name or email address to be added to the group.

Outline Agenda

  • Definition of initial goals - Where to begin and where do we want to go?
  • Code review – It would be useful to familiarise yourself with the code before the meeting.
  • Characterisation tests – Can \ should we wrap the existing code in tests to avoid regressions?

Hope to see you there,

Neil.

Neil,

Interestingly, at WMRUG last night, the guys wanted a strategy type game to play next session. Well, we'll not be ready for next month, but I told em what we're doing with Alien Invasion, and they're well up for playing the game when Restful… Might be a good way of pimping Agile Staffs too ;)

Cool,

Well we better get cracking then! Customers \ users :O

They could always use http://minisculuschallenge.com/ in the mean time. I think there was an issue with the headers that Shaun Finglass sorted, but otherwise good fun.

Hey All,

I have not managed to get my new Virgin hub to allow remote connections through to my internal build server.

So to keep a build server running for the Alien Invasion project I have setup an EC2 instance with Team City installed and have configured the Alien Invasion build again.

Apologies for taking so long to get around to it.

The new server can be found at http://184.73.36.150

Neil if you would be so kind as to repoint the URL for the build service I would be most grateful.  I haven’t managed to transfer users so if you want access to the build server you will need to register.

Thanks all

Rob

Hi all,
I've added cnames for:

I'm not sure how they will take to propagate - I guess up to around a day.

Rob - Paul Shannon mentioned ( last time we were setting up) that free instances of teamcity are available from http://codebetter.com/jameskovacs/2009/02/24/announcing-teamcity-codebetter-com/ . if the amazon instance costs money, it could be an option?

Regards,
Neil.
