Agile methods have entered the mainstream. Nowadays, many projects
worldwide use Scrum, XP or Kanban, but agile methods don't create
success automatically. The Agile Day offers insights into what it
takes to become agile, and will share real-life stories and
experiences of working with agile methods. The Agile Day covers a wide
range of topics, from strategies for introducing agile methods and
overcoming organisational inertia, to tips on managing agile
requirements and coaching teams.

This year JAX London is holding a track dedicated to all things Agile.
The conference is taking place on October 31st – November 2nd at the
Park Plaza, Victoria.

Sessions announced so far are:
• Roman’s Top Ten Product Backlog Tips by Roman Pichler (Pichler
Consulting Ltd)
• Think you don't need software craftsmanship? By Sandro Mancuso (UBS)
• Lessons Learned from Becoming Agile at Electronic Arts: Using Scrum
and Kanban to develop EA's Physics Engine by Roman Pichler (Pichler
Consulting Ltd) & Mike Bassett (Electronic Arts)

There’s many more to come, and 7 other great tracks encompassing the
entire Java Ecosystem. Check it out now at www.jaxlondon.com

Early Bird prices are available until September 30th so register now
