What do you do when your team members keep getting called away to help
support your production applications? How can you plan for these
activities appropriately in an Agile environment. This month's
discussion will center around how to handle the various support
activities that arise during iterations and the best way to track and
plan for them.
Please spread the word to people who are using an Agile
process currently, and those who are interested in learning more.
This meeting is an open discussion so anyone can join in and share
