Discussion Topic:"The Case for Full Time Product Owners" 

Many Agile/Scrum shops assign the role of Product Owner to an employee but they still have their other duties to fulfill. This often makes it hard for people to fully meet the needs of a Scrum Team as their Product Owner and the team and the Scrum Master have to fill in the gaps. This can have all sorts of negative effects on the quality of the Product Backlog and the team's deliverables. Management sometimes needs to be convince of the value of making the Product Owner a dedicated role and we will discuss the advantages of that approach. Do you have a full time or part time Product Owner? Are you a Product Owner who is struggling with this? Join us for a great conversation!

Directions: 

• Take I-40 East towards Knoxville. 
  
• Take Donelson Pike north exit. 
  
• Take a right onto Allen Road after Bar-B Cutie. 
  
• 500 ft up the hill take a left into the office park and you will see the Omnicell logo on the side of the main building. 
• Drive right around to the back of the building and enter under the green awning.
