Hello Everyone,

The IMT Group is looking to hire a new full time developer. We want someone who is passionate about software development, someone who is eager and willing to both teach and learn, and someone who wants to build great software and have fun doing it.

We've got a great team with an excellent culture and a fantastic environment in which to work. Our team consists of 4 full time developers and 1 manager. We use TDD for everything we do and pair program for a large majority of things. Primarily, we build web applications and web services.

We use a lot of different technologies. We use chef to provision our servers (and development machines), capistrano to deploy our applications, and Jenkins for running tests and deploys. We use the Python web frameworks Django and Flask alongside many different open source and some proprietary libraries. We've also built two Ember.js applications recently. We use Github for source control, Sentry for error logging and NewRelic to monitor our servers and applications. Our local development is done primarily on Ubuntu or OS X.
