Gang,

I'm interested in hearing feedback on the following topics for a March
meeting:

1) Agile Adoption: crafting a strategy to meet your business needs.
Adoption is a different topic than just answering 'what is' Agile, or
what are its benefits, it is much more about deciding which practices
to choose, knowing what to expect as you go through the learning
phase, and knowing about bumps in the road. (http://www.infoq.com/
minibooks/agile-patterns )

2) Understanding Lean thinking, theory of constraints, and how they
fit with Agile dev. practices. Taking theory to practice. (http://
www.agilejournal.com/articles/articles/theory-of-constraints,-lean,-and-agile-software-development.html
)

3) Personal agility. This topic is probably one of the most
understated, yet the most important in successful Agile adoption.
Successful teams are made of members that exhibit ownership and do
what it takes to get things done. What are the attributes that we
must individually acquire to be part of a successful team? (http://
www.agilejournal.com/articles/articles/personal-agility-for-potent-agile-adoption.html
)

I am talking to someone from Gemba Systems about them coming to
discuss there topics. http://www.gembasystems.com

Let me know your thoughts or interest in these topics.

Regards,
John
