Job opening at Computational Crawl

From a Startup Houston reader:

Hi - I help manage a startup firm called Computational Crawling, based
here in Houston. We're looking for a software developer for our
company, and I was wondering if you could help, seeing as how you seem
to be a bit of a hub for the startup community. I posted the job on
your job board, but I think the formatting constraints of the blog
layout make it a bit difficult to read. Here's the description I
posted:

Computational Crawling utilizes a unique method of distributed
computing to crawl the web quickly and comprehensively. We use our
capabilities to create a variety of applications, such as automatic
news aggregation, outsourced web crawls, and other custom data
products.
Developers are responsible for building our distributed web crawlers,
designing page ranking and clustering algorithms, managing data
storage, and other interesting technical challenges.
Job qualifications:
* Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science) or 2+
years of software development experience
* Competency in Java, ActionScript, JavaScript, XML, HTML is required;
experience with other web technologies is a plus
* Experience with high-performance, distributed, or cluster computing
is a big plus
* Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithm design
* Works well within a team or on their own
* Can effectively manage several competing priorities
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
