Hi All,

I needed some good interactive games for retrospective. I have already used most of the games from http://www.funretrospectives.com/ for my team.
My Scrum Team size is of 7(including PO and Manager).

Kindly suggest some games for retrospective.

Thanks,
Hitesh

In addition here's my current list of Retrospective References: https://agilepainrelief.com/scrummaster-resources-and-references#retrospectives

Depending on what you want to do - you can adapt almost any game to a retrospective. For instance: https://agilepainrelief.com/notesfromatooluser/2015/01/welcome-to-the-high-performance-teams-game.html might be useful in triggering bigger picture conversations around improving engineering practices and social practices.

So nearly any game is a retrospective game.

Cheers
Mark

Luis Gonçalves and Ben Linders retrospective book has a few games, as I recall.

I haven't finished reading 50 Quick Tips for Retrospectives by Tom Boden and Ben Williams, lots of good things in there, not sure if it includes games.

Another idea I got from Jennitta Andrea years ago was to have the team start out the retro with a game of Jenga. It's a good icebreaker, and also illustrates the idea that the retro isn't for finger pointing, it's all a group effort. Those oversize Jenga blocks are fun.

If you follow the link below you will find some good examples on games and exercises used during retros. You need to read through the entire article.

It generates a set of activities to handle the Retrospective. You can choose a combination of activities you like the most.

As for me, the Retrospective is the facilitated event and “games” could be applied only to a very specific part of the whole event, for example as an ice-breaker.

Or did you mean that you need to stress the power of DOING a retrospective? If so, the “Ball Points Game” is used to be the best to prove that.
