Alternative for Lego XP Game

Hi guys

I usually use the Lego XP Game to explain the concepts of iterative development. Now I'll do a basic scrum training in the US and I can't bring my Lego with me. I'm looking for a game that communicates the same concepts but uses only pens and paper. Any ideas?

My goto game is XPGame - http://www.xp.be/xpgame.html/  You will need ballons and dice, but not that much stuff.
