My name is Nienke Alma and I joined this group a few minutes ago, because I was looking for some Agile Game inspiration to give a next retrospective a boost. I'm a consultant of Capgemini in the Netherlands and currently working as Scrum Master (with special interest for agile testing) at a large bank.

 

The first Agile game I played was probably the marshmellow challenge approximately 2 years ago. Later I facilitated this game several times myself, as it's a lot of fun to do. I do believe though that there are games that could be easier connected to real life challenges.

 

I'm looking forward to read all experiences of the group members here and share my own experiences!
