Manas,

This simple game works well for both techie and non-techie audience as unlike many others out there doesn’t involve any coding. It also takes about 10 minutes to play and as long as you need to discuss.

Subject: [AgileGames] Looking games for test driven development

Hello friends,

Myself Manas Shah,  I am from .NET development background and following SCRUM since a year.

I looking for game to make developer understand importance of test driven development. (don't want coding as a part of game) . any thoughts?

It would be great if it takes less than a hour.

Thanking you in advance.

-Regards,

Manas

Hi,

we did the "Test small, test often" by Nanda Lankalapalli (https://nandalankalapalli.wordpress.com/2011/09/15/game-test-small-test-often/) and it was quite succesful.
Based on a paper of Lisa Crispin (http://goo.gl/b24KF) we made some variations to the original game, a description can be found here: http://blog.agilepartner.net/agile-testing-games-seminar-on-march-14th-2013/ (description starts after the photograph of the dices).

Best,
Christian

Billy Garnet - aka Brian Beecham has done TDD with Lego. Bug him to write up his exercises and learnings. Its quite a popular session although I've never had a chance to attend it myself.

Cheers
