Hello agile gamers :)

I am looking for a game to use as a final excercise for a product
owner workshop.
These are people who have already attended a scrum training and have
played several scrum related games including the Lego simulation.
What I am looking for Is a game to simulate the PO role.

I have seen the beer miles game and also the business value game but
did not find them suitable enough, I may be wrong about them, so I
would be happy tp hear other opinions from experience about these
games.

Is there any other game you are aware of that focuses on the PO role,
making hard decisions and earning business value? Even better if there
is some competition between the groups playing it.

Thanks,
Elad Sofer.

I'd think that any of the Innovation Games (www.innovationgames.com) would
suit you nicely.

Hi Elad,

I have found the Business Value game very effective.  And Innovation games I see as critical for PO's.

I use the following simulation created by Gino Marckx and myself as an integral part of the training - Biggest bang for the buck! Strategies to organize & prioritize your backlog

There is also the related backlog organization game created by a group of us at Agile games 2010 for understanding stakeholders - The Backlog is in the Eye of the Beholder

Regards,
               Michael
