For the past 10 months I've used story book creation in google docs as my core exercise in my ScrumMaster workshop. I like that it's easy and uses tools that people are familiar with. (I think that most know google docs - since it is effectively MS Word). I can debrief and cover nearly all of Scum from the creation (and failure) of a book. There is much good.

However, annually I like to switch up my game to keep me on my toes. I want to stick with a simulation of product building. I'm wondering what people have created or adapted to work in the virtual world?

For example:
- Does Lego4Scrum adapt on to a Mural/Miro board?
- What else have you tried?

What do you place on the surface of the board? How do you simulate challenges with not paying enough attention to other teams' spaces? (example building items to different scale)?

Does anyone have a sample Mural/Miro board they would be willing to share. (I won't copy, I just like examples to challenge my thinking)

Cheers
Mark

I *love* the idea of storybook creation.

Here's my add-on: dear students, you decide what product you want to build. I have some instructions for the activity here https://kasperowski.com/experience-agile/. In previous classes, people have created books for adults (yay!), children's storybooks, slide decks for their company, a video series, board games, TV game shows, Agile beer-pong, a live-action adventure experience, and the best one ever: a full-fledged hip hop opera - delivered with a full performance.

Be well!
