Game to show build to last vs build to change

Hi Agile Gamers,

Any suggestion for a game with demonstrate the mindset of build to last vs build to change? We are looking for something to play with 15-20 offline class attendees.

I don't know a game

yet I would let them build something for 5 sprints or so and then every sprint give them more detail

and they will have to adapt...

and make it reasonable, so it's clear it's a real example
