In the FAQ http://www.cmmifaq.info/#7 what is the definition
of/difference between "a managed process" and "a defined process?"

Good point!

We never included what's *in* each of the capability levels to actually
distinguish them from one another.

Stay tuned, we should have that up and running on the FAQ by the end of the
day, and I'll alert you.
