详细JD如下：

Reuters Technology (China) Limited is looking for a person to fill the position of Software Process Engineer. We are looking for an individual with experience working in an organization using Agile practices. The role requires the individual to define, deliver and deploy software design, coding and unit test process; also responsible to train/coach software developers with relevant techniques. The individual should be a strong process evangelist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coach the development teams with Agile practices.
  
• Maintain, deploy and support standard software design, coding, unit test processes and tools to be used in the whole organization.
  
• Conduct or lead the training in development techniques, like defensive programming, unit test, design pattern, etc.
  
• Attend necessary development work for maintaining technical capability.
  
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and drive to result.
  
• Evangelize process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or any related fields.
  
• At least 5 years of software development experience preferably in either C++ or C#. Java is a plus.
  
• Strong knowledge of software development techniques, especially in defensive coding, unit test, code static check, code review and design pattern.
  
• Recent experience of Agile development is required, e.g., Continuous Integration, TDD, etc. Experience on agile coaching is added advantage.
  
• Experience of a popular configuration management system, e.g., SVN, ClearCase, VSS, CVS, etc.
  
• Good communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  
• Good at problem finding and analyzing.
  
• Desire to extend knowledge base and good learning ability.
  
• Proactive, patient and responsible.
  
• Experience in delivering technical training is a must.
  
• Good spoken and written English is mandatory. Good spoken Mandarin is an asset.
