I just installed AB and am trying to add a service but get an error
saying "Domain Name : This field is required and cannot be left
blank." The only field not completed is the one with the title
"billing". This is a drop down menu with no options. I've looked
around and tried searching this group but havn't been able to find the
solution. I'm sure I'm missing something simple. Any help?

If you got the version from my github yes.. it's still being coded. It isn't functioning yet.
