Agilebill processing install again

HI Everyone.

Thanks for Agilebill, thought i would have a go at it at my school i work for.

anyway, i uploaded the file to my local webserver, follow the install steps, click on the link that says Please CLICK HERE to edit your site settings. This is required, you will need to edit your site URL, or your installation may not work!

and it wants to process the install again.

any advice on what i need to do next to make this work please?

Win 2k3 , Apache 2.2 mysql 5.5
