We still have room in the workshop for folks.  If you're interested in attending this Saturday you can sign up at:

     http://agileaustinbacklogworkshop.eventbrite.com/

Participants will learn how to create and manage backlogs which will include: identifying up to three backlogs types (Product/Project, Release, Sprint), defining the scope and goals of these backlogs and managing the content and life cycle of the backlogs.  Participants will also explore techniques on establishing a Product backlog from scratch for a brand new product and establishing a Product backlog for a product already in development or release.

Attendees will discuss basic elements of a backlog and state the goal of the backlog.  Learn how to define the basic elements of the backlog and how these elements are created, updated and tracked.  Learn how to keep track of and prioritize all work/features/requests for a product, provide visibility to the team and company, and use the backlog as a spring-board for release and sprint planning.

These workshops are provided at no cost to you, through AgileAustin and volunteers.  This one is not likely to be canceled by a hurricane either.  :-)

Sincerely,
Nicholas
