- Estimating using Story Points and using ideal days
- What velocity is and how to estimate
- Estimation effort
- Estimation techniques
- Estimation Poker
- Re-Estimation


Facilitators:

Anthony Oden

Anthony Oden serves as a Business Systems Analyst in Dell IT’s global process governance group.  He leads a group of requirements practitioners that work together to improve Dell’s global requirements engineering practices, which includes consideration for tools and global training.

Before returning to Dell in 2007, Anthony spent several years working in configuration management in the Defense sector and as a Technical Product Manager in the automotive collision industry.In the past 11 years, Anthony has played in several roles such as Business Analyst, Requirements analyst, Project & Product Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.

His passions reside in the requirements space, helping teams locally or globally mature their requirements behaviors.
