What do you want to see come out of the AgileAustin Workshops?

I had lunch with Chris Hartsfield the other day and he raised an
interesting point to me: "What's the problem you're trying to
solve?" For me it was clear -- I'm really passionate about Agile and
Agile development and I simply enjoy teaching others and sharing my
experiences.

For me I see the workshops as a way in which I can share my knowledge
with others and also learn through the process of teaching/
facilitating. I picture the workshops as a valuable resource to the
Austin community where people can learn from the experience of others
in a friendly and casual environment.

I'd like to see folks get together every month or every other month,
discuss a topic. We all have some unique perspective and experience
to share.

What do you think the workshops should be? What problem should it
solve?
