Need Ideas and Facilitators for 2010 Workshops!

different workshops over the course of this past year. I would like
to take the time to thank everyone who was involved. Below are the
names of the facilitators for all of our workshops from this past 2009
year:

These individuals volunteered their own time in creating a 3-hour
workshop that lets participants learn a particular Agile-related
concept using hands-on style exercises. The topics covered included:
* Effective Retrospectives
* Agile Estimation
* Introduction to Lean
* Writing User Stories
* Release Management and Tracking
* Rapid Requirements Gathering
* Iteration Planning
* Refactoring
This program will be entering it's 3rd year! Can you believe it? We
started the workshops back in February of 2008. In 2010 we need your
help to make the new year as successful as the past ones.
What topics are you interested in?
I will be posting a survey out to the group in the upcoming weeks to
help gather topics, but I'm curious initially what topics you'd like
to see covered. This initial input will help in the creation of the
survey, which I can then use to narrow the topics by interest. If you

Are you interested in being a facilitator?
Are you passionate about Agile? Do you have a particular experience
or expertise you'd like to share with the community? Volunteers are
necessary to make the workshops a reality, and without them we cannot
host the topics that the community is asking for. All that is
required is your time, AgileAustin takes care of all the logistics
with booking the space, breakfast goodies, and attendee sign-up. If

This year I'm thinking of coordinating the facilitators over Google
Wave, so if you are interested in being a facilitator also let me know
if you have a Google Wave account (if not I can help with that).
Remember the workshop program is FREE, it's completely a volunteer
effort. 2010's success depends entirely on the community's
participation.
