Hi All, 

I work for a Testing Services company called Applause.  We support a network for 270k manual freelance testers and cover testing services for thousands of customers around the globe.  For the past two years I have been focused on building an organization of professional automation engineers and delivering automation solutions for many of our customers.  

I am now taking these learnings and creating a self-service tool within our Tester and Customer platform that will allow our users to create mobile application automation scripts directly from a browser.  The end users will be able to install and inspect their applications on Android and IOS devices, create automated scripts using a DSL derivative that will leverage Appium on the backend, and execute and consume those results within our platform.   

I am looking for two more software engineers (http://app.jobvite.com/m?3TTIkiwB) to join our team in Austin, Tx.  Our office is Downtown at Congress and 6th.  We are primarily building in Java using a CQRS/ES pattern.  The front end of our application is being built in Angular 2.  We will also be delivering SDKs for our more technical customers to interact directly with our Automation Platform through various APIs.  

This is a great time for the right candidate to join our company.  We are Pre IPO and have just done a small E round with Credit Suisse and Accenture.  Our last funding round was primarily led by Goldman Sachs.  We're small enough that your contribution will make a difference and young enough that the growth potential of the position is still what you make it to be.  And we're mature enough to have a secure roadmap.
