Abstract:

 

A few months ago a small group of us at CA Technologies had a chance to run through an Agile Coaching workshop led by Lyssa Adkins, author of Coaching Agile Teams.  Her book was the subject of an Agile Austin Book Discussion group, but it was somewhat panned by those that participated. 

 

I found her face-to-face session completely engaging and quite beneficial.  One of the participants who is a fellow Austin agilist  described it as the best training she’s ever received.  A number of you have asked me about it, and wanted the opportunity to have a discussion about it, so I thought I’d throw it out there as an unSIG/one-off meetup for anyone who wanted to participate.

 

Here’s what I would propose as an agenda (I’m completely flexible on this by the way):

-          Open Discussion
