Architect SIG - Architectural Drift - Discovery,Prevention & Cure

Software can drift away from the intended design. How do we know this has happened? How do we fix it? And how do we prevent drift in the future? Let's discuss this in a lean coffee format. FWIW - the meeting date was moved due to conflict.
