Agile Leaders SIG - Remember when you were green to IT / Agile?

Remember what it was like when you first hit the market and were getting your first job as a developer or QA engineer or analyst? Some of us do, some don't. Join us today as we have a couple of interns join the conversation to share what they've learned in their internships so far. We can hear about their experiences and their expectations for their career. Think about all of those things that you know now that you wish someone told you back then about IT/Agile. This is your chance to help shape the future of our industry and share those thoughts with some young, eager minds ready to rule the world some day. While this is a great chance to pass on your wisdom, there are some learning opportunities for all of us as leaders as we hear what newcomers think of IT/Agile. Let's listen to these young college students and hear about what their generation is expecting out of our industry. Perhaps, knowing that, we can help prepare environments to help maximize the potential of the next generation.
