The course is optimal for everyone who is about to start using Scrum, or is already working in such an environment but wants to deepen their understanding. The main focus of the course is on the Scrum Master role, however it's a perfect introduction to the methodology for software developers, QA engineers and IT managers as well.
Participants who complete the course and pass an online test are awarded with the 'Certified Scrum Master' title. |

It is also helpful for business analysts, product managers, line managers or Scrum Masters wishing to get a deeper understanding of the Scrum Product Owner role.
The product owner's responsibilities include defining and communicating the product vision, setting priorities, consolidating the needs of stakeholders and working closely with the development team. |

The course is targeted for both those who are deliberating the move to agile and would like to get a better understanding of the methodology as for those already working in such an environment, but wanting to deepen their knowledge. It's also suggested for people joining established scrum teams so they understand the process rather than just having to go along with the others.
This two-day interactive workshop provides advanced skills even to those without any prior knowledge of agile.
The course material is Scrum Alliance approved, but to provide a better cost-value ratio, it does not offer a certification.
