Hello again :)

Does anybody know something interesting about "meeting" - interesting
issues, articles, books etc. E.g. book "Death by meetings" by Patrick
Lencioni is brilliant, and I look for some another material.

Max,

It is quite a simple thing in its nature:

make the meetings often, keep them short, make sure everyone can
participate, release any tension so that people start to like talking
and sharing the info, don't be too serious, retrospect on the meeting
format from time to time.

On the other hand you should be able to find tons of other info by
googling on "agile meetings".
