ATK 4.3 getting started with addons and JS google map

Hello.

I am new to agiletoolkit but have experience with PHP. 

I have started playing with the 4.3 version downloaded from www4. 

All is ok to start with. I have created mysql database, created models, and made a few pages with CRUD etc.

I noticed the installer doesnt add an addons folder.

What is the recommended way to install the addons, and how to enable them?

I would like to play with the google map mentioned here

The best way to install addons is to use composer. Add it to composer.json file and run php cpmposer.phar update command in terminal (usually this is described in readme file). I think google map addon was developed for 4.2 version of ATK. So it won't work with ATK4.3. To install an addon in 4.2 just add 'addons' folder and clone the repository into it.
