moving "master" into the VOID...

Hi Group.

As a part of our transition process between 4.2 and 4.3 I have now cleaned up our "master" branch entirely. If you ended up with Agile Toolkit repository without any file, you must switch to a proper repository.

I'm doing this to avoid a nasty compatibility issues you might encourage when you "update" from 4.2 to 4.3. The branches are also too different to be able to easily update from one into another.
