Integrating bootstrap with ATK4 so that bootstrap templates/css can be used directly for atk4 projects..
currently using less files only as production and developing equivalent Libs/Views for bootstrap class compatibility as xavoc-addons..

I think I started a new trend of ATK4-Templates ... ;)

Hi Gowrav, it has been some time ago :-) 

Your post interested me and I would like to understand more. I'm not a javascript/jquery-ui/css expert. What if I just like to have this simple navigation bar on a plain atk4: http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/components.html#navbar

How would I start, e.g. based on a fresh atk4 and what steps to take? And would I be able to easily use other bootstrap components?

I hope to be able to use this soon,

Hi Bob,

its just a matter of css so you can include bootstrap.css file in your shared.html and can use the components. I just had to design the menu add-on because bootstrap menu uses different css classes. Yes you can use all other components. In our company we almost have shifted to agiletoolkit now and we have delivered more then 20 projects on agile. a few of them have more then 50+ models and very complex relations, so now I am able to say yes. you can do almost everything in agile, your imagination is the limit.

Steps:

download bootstrap.css and include it in your css

use xavoc-addons/boot/menu to create your menu as per https://github.com/xavocinternational/atk4-boot-template
