p.s. devops can't really ever have a 'manifesto' that would be any more detailed than "Communicate and collaborate, and don't be fingerpointy." :)

Not at many places I have worked at.

In particular, change incrementally, measure everything, and control and responsibility might be common practice in startups, but not in medium and large organizations (where I spend most of my time)
