Hi,
Alex informed me of your group and I've had a look through the group
and followed a few trails. Its a large subject which is framed in law.
The AS IS is represented by a 200 page A4 book called ' Guide to
Procuring Public Services'.
The TO BE is to focus upon outcomes and turn the process on its head.
However, the Framework mentality exists alongside a 'big is beautiful'
culture.
Lets meet in London.
