Yesterday, my wife handed me a page ripped from that riveting
publication, _Supply Management_. While the article was not
specifically related to Agile Procurement, it referenced a new report
by the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust recommending that the threshold
for requiring public sector IT contracts to be listed on OJEU be
raised from 130K to 10m. Links below:
