eProcurement’s definitely has potential to impact on every function in
our organisations as opposed to the procurement process itself, but do
we really use it well?

Its getting better but some of the systems are not very user friendly.
Bravosolutions takes hours to upload and you need to save every 15mins. And
OGCBS have just extended the contract.
