Thought I'd start a thread regarding Dynamic Purchasing Systems.
Uploaded a couple of documents to the Files tab:
- OGC Guidance on DPS
- EU Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC - Article 1.6 is the key one
regarding DPS
Also, this blog entry provides a good overview of the EU Directive:
