Specifically, I'd like to see a procurement proceedure which can work
with an agile software development methodology as opposed to a waterfall
software development methodology. And I'd like to see that because I
think agile software development can help save money, reduce project
risk, and mean projects are more lkely to be delivered on time. Agile
isn't a panacea, but where it can be used I've found it very helpful.
With my (very limited) experience of govt. procurement it's not
compatible with how it's done now. (I'd be very happy to be contradicted
on this...)
