Just thought I should speak up and say "hi" and do a quick intro for
those who don't know me rather than lurk balefully in the background.
I'm Andrew, and I work over at COI. We mostly do procurement and
project management of media marketing and communications work for
government departments, as well as running GovGap which just came up
(although to be honest that's not my area.) Emma nudged me in this
direction of this group and said "Join!" and of course it's always
hard to decline one of Emma's nudges!
I suspect I'm going to end up being the one saying "Ahhh, you can't do
that because - " as I know too much about the whys and wherefores of
government procurement than is healthy. But I figure you can do with a
devil's advocate from time to time. And underneath all the legislation
and rules about procurement I'm still keen to see new ways of working
that satisfy both ethical propriety AND the need for quick, agile
project document where it's needed.
So that's me. Carry on, nothing more to see here.

Glad you're here. COI is a big part of the solution I suspect - in a
good way!
