I'm aiming for early-mid March. The exact date will be circulated
soon.

We had a pretty decent turnout in November and it was good to hear
different points of view and interests come out in the open forum/town
hall meeting format.

For the next one, I'd like to focus on different tracks, with a
facilitator/facilitators guiding each track. We can then all come
together at the end with each track summarizing the results of their
session.

Here's an idea of the tracks that I'm thinking of:

1 - UX and agile. Al Power and James Christie have volunteered to do a
brief intro and lead a discussion on agile UX.

2 - Some type of developer track. James Geall is going to lead this.

3 - "I want to 'be agile'. What next?" I'll facilitate this one

4 - Any other ideas?

Those 3 tracks look good. I suspect track 3 might be over-subscribed
since last time we had lots of folks who are interested, but not
actually applying agile yet. So you might end up with 3a and 3b. I'll
happily facilitate one of those tracks if the need arises.

Hi All,

The date is going to be Wednesday 9 March at 7pm, as this was the best
date for myself, Al, James and James. Please put this in your diaries.
The venue will once again be White October and there's a good chance
for a pre-meet meal at Atomic Burger.

PS - Chris and Tim. Both of your ideas sound great. Hope you can make
that date.
