It's an Apache 2 Licence (see FAQ)

Yes it's a java tool but for functional testing language don't matter
cause your functional module is in isolation (so you can test any
application).
Take a look a the Bank sample.

Hi,

I'm just giving free advice here. :-)

Put this stuff (license and language or that it works with all
languages) on the front page.
Folks may just glance at that page and not go further if it doesn't
speak to them. OTOH,
I went far enough to form the impression it was for Java developers
only and left. If that's a
wrong impression, you may want to fix it.
