All,

Doctors (of the medical variety) have thousands of little mnemonics that
they use to keep track of symptoms that go together or treatment steps
(everyone knows RICE for a sprain, right?).

I've memorized the INVEST mnemonic for stories, I've memorized the list
of practices and the list of principles from XP Explained (2nd.
edition), I'm trying to memorize the Lean Software Development
Principles; and so I ask:

What else is worth memorizing?

That is, what are some Agile things that are so useful to have at your
fingertips (or so annoying to have to wrack your brain for) that you
have memorized them (or now realize you should)?

I have all 12 agile principles memorized - by number.   I did this so that I can call out WHEN the team is practicing one of the principles - OR - when the team is NOT practicing one of the principles.

I honestly believe, if we focus on the principles, good things will happen.
