Hi Mark,
I just came in this message, and it is ok, I could understand you reaction. You are right, I entry in this group and I didn't participate a lot yet. However, the post is very related to the group, it is my experience in agile, I am not selling anything, I am not doing any kind of pub.
It is totally different if I post one link, and I try to sell something or the link has a lot of unwanted pub. I guess that the post is very clean, and it is very related to this group.
Could it be take it as "blog" promotion? yes, of course, you could think that it is a blog promotion, and due to that I promise to think twice before post something else. But, it could be also taken as the signature in every post with the company site, again, if the information in the post and/or the blog is relevant to the group, it should not be an issue my links and/or the company site in the signature. At the end, the idea of one group or list is "share" experiences and point of view.
I am sorry if I did something wrong, I will take care the next time I post something.
Cheers,
Omar

Omar - its usually bad form to promote a blog post on a mailing list. Especially one where you have never participated before. Much better form is to engage on the mailing list and only mention your blog post in response to a question.
Cheers
Hello to all,
I want to share my experience running one retrospective with LEGOs. I hope you enjoy this post and feel free to leave your comments.
Thanks,
