I had tweeted about what books people were reading and didn't mention
one that I've gotten a lot of value out of, particularly for coaching.
I'm reading Gerald Weinberg's Secrets of Consulting. Easy to read, and
both big picture and practical value from someone who's been doing
this a while. Recommended to me by many others as defacto book for
anyone who gets paid for giving advice.
